Why high performers flatline.

You know what to do. You're just not doing it.

You don't have a knowledge problem. You have an autopilot that makes the call for you, treating discomfort as danger and talking you out of the one thing you know you should do. We teach you to catch that false alarm and act while it's still firing.

The Method

iACT NOW

Five decisions that close the gap between knowing and doing, in real time, while the alarm is still firing.

i

Intention

Your compass. Who you choose to be in this moment. Set it before anything else.

A

Awareness

Catch the Code Red as it fires: the thought, the image, the feeling. You can't change what you can't see.

C

Conscious Choice

Swap the alarm's question, “what if this goes wrong?” for a better one, “how do I respond in alignment with my intention?”

T

Take Action

Act through the alarm, not after it. Waiting for it to stop is how you never start.

NOW

The vow & timing

Later is the polite version of no. Do it now, before the alarm talks you out of it.

The Five Traps

They don't look like failure. They look like professionalism.

Five of the most common patterns that drive the Code Reds your mind creates. Each one sounds like good judgment.

R

Readiness

"I'm not ready yet."

Doubt pointed at you

B

Busyness

"I'll get to it later."

Motion without movement

P

Perfection

"It's not ready yet."

Doubt pointed at it

S

Self-Preservation

"This could cost me."

Protecting yourself

L

Loyalty

"I owe them."

Protecting them

The Speaker

Ryan Wallace

Founder of Awarely and creator of the iACT NOW Method. Over a 22-year corporate career spanning pharmaceutical marketing, enterprise AI sales, and executive leadership, Ryan operated at the highest levels, serving as an Executive Director of Marketing and closing multi-million-dollar enterprise AI deals. He did it while fighting the same resistance he now teaches others to beat.

Ryan does not believe motivation is the problem. His work confronts the real reason capable, driven people fail to do what they already know they should: the subconscious Code Red alarms that surface as avoidance, hesitation, and rationalization under pressure. He teaches audiences to name those alarms, spot the trap they are in, and act while the alarm is still firing.

Certified executive coach trained at Fielding Graduate University in the neuroscience of behavior change. BA, University of Mississippi. MBA, Arizona State University. Raised in New Orleans, and twice traveled to Uganda to install water wells.

The Signature Keynote

Why High Performers Flatline, and how to close the Action Gap.

Every organization has people who should be operating a level higher and are not. They have the skill, the experience, and the drive, yet stay stuck in patterns that look like productivity, while decisions stall, hard conversations get avoided, and good work never ships. Ryan exposes the hidden autopilot behind it: the Code Red alarms that treat discomfort as danger, and the common traps that keep capable people playing small, Readiness, Busyness, Perfection, Self-Preservation, and Loyalty. Anchored by the true story of a ballistic missile alert in Hawaii, the room leaves with the iACT NOW Method, a tool they can use the moment resistance fires.

Takeaway

Each person spots the trap keeping them stuck, and what it is costing them.

A repeatable system to act in alignment with your intention, even while the alarm is still firing.
